Discovering Perennial: We love dining in this best restaurant area in Towson. Rarely do you dine in a place, and you get more than just the physical consumption of food and drinks that turned into a nice story. This month on September 4th, my girlfriend and I found such a place: Perennial, a restaurant in Towson, MD. It was a spur of the moment decision to go eat somewhere and to our surprise, we found a new go to place we’ve already come back to multiple times and each time it’s even more impressive.
